It was launched on 23 February in 1947. The Headquarter of ISO in Geneva Switzerland and apply in 165 Countries. If we talk about the official language of ISO then there is three official language ISO have ENGLISH, FRENCH, RUSSIA.  

International Organization for Standardization is an unattached, Hostility Organization it means the government cannot interfere in its ISO has their separate Committee with 165 members who work in 165 countries. The president of ISO is Eddy Njoroge. There are more than twenty thousand standards that have been already set in ISO and those standard perfectly figure out all those points which can help to improve your products or services quality and promote it worldwide does not matter from which industry your product is related it covers everything from manufactured product and technology to food safety, agriculture, and health care. 




  • ISO 9001 Standard

International Organization Standardization (ISO) 9001 is all about Quality Management System (QMS). It was launched in 1987 by International Organization for Standardization applies to more than 160 countries. It promotes your Product quality worldwide. ISO 9001 certification is Independent of the size of the organization, it can be obtained by any organization irrespective of its nature of the operation.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) modify to ISO 9001 Standard every 6-8 years. The first modification happened in 1994 which is known as ISO 9001:1994, after that in 2000 a major modification happened and it was known as ISO 9001:2000 then again in 2008 International Organization for Standardization updated it ISO 9001 Standard and it came to be known as ISO 9001:2008. The latest and updated version of ISO 9001 is ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System). 

  • ISO 14001 Standard

International Organization Standardization is all about Environmental Management System (EMS). It gives you a base so that a company or organization can follow Impressively Environmental Management System. ISO 14001 has more than 300,000 certifications in 171 countries around the world.

ISO 14001 was launched in the market in 2004. First Environmental Management System Introduced in march 1992 by BSI as BS  7750 after that ISO launched their Environmental Management System in 1996 it is known as 14000 series. 

  • ISO 27001 Standard

It was written by the UK Government Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

In 1998 after having worldwide discussion ISO committee decided to Adopt Information Security Management System and gave it the name ISO 27001. The recently updated version of ISO 27001 is ISO 27001:2013 

  • ISO 22000 Standard    

In this Advance era the hardest thing to get healthy food that’s why ISO 22000 exists between us. ISO 22000 is related to Food Safety Management. It helps Company or Organizations to Identify menace of food safety. The first edition of ISO 22000 was launched in 2005 and the second edition was launched in 2018 and this is the latest version of ISO 22000. Limited Size of Business or organization is not able to get ISO 22000 certificate because they don’t have enough resources only big company or organizations are able to get a certificate of ISO 2200.

  • ISO  45001 Standard

According to the International Labour Organization, there are more than 7600 workers die during accidents or diseases which is related to their work every single day. That’s why an ISO committee had decided to release a certificate which is related to workers' health and safety so that they can believe in their organization or company that he provides all the equipment which is related to their health and safety and its name ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.

ISO 45001 was proposed at the ISO in October 2013. The board of trustee’s ISO/PC 283, made in 2013, had a direct obligation regarding the normalization cycle. At any rate 70 nations added to the drafting cycle. Planning and board work went on until December 2015. From 2015 to 2017, a first draft neglected to acquire adequate endorsement from ISO individuals and was modified in a subsequent draft, which was affirmed and refined into the last draft.
